These are DeskJoey's monthly package prices. “Bookable workers” means team members customers can choose when booking online; other staff can be added for scheduling. New registrations are temporarily paused while payment and access checks are completed. No payment is taken without your explicit approval in Stripe Checkout. Existing businesses are not charged automatically. Some AI, WhatsApp and payment features remain subject to availability and provider setup.

Do I have to use every feature?
No. Choose a recommended setup or pick your own tools. Turning one off hides it from the workspace rather than deleting the information you've entered.
Do my employees need to sign up?
No. You can add staff profiles for scheduling without giving everyone an account. Employees who need to check their own shifts can be invited to restricted access.
Can I use DeskJoey on my phone?
Yes. DeskJoey is designed as a mobile-first web app and can be installed on supported phones as a progressive web app.
Are payments and automations fully live?
Some payment and automation features are still completing launch verification. Availability depends on your package and enabled integrations.
